Glow Party School Dance at Fairview Elementary | DJ Jazzy Josh Brings the Energy
There’s just something about a school gym, some glow sticks, and a packed dance floor that never gets old—and Fairview Elementary absolutely brought the energy for their 60th Anniversary Glow Party.
From the moment the doors opened, students hit the floor ready to move. We kicked things off with high-energy favorites to get everyone warmed up, and it didn’t take long before the entire gym was glowing, dancing, and fully locked in.
This wasn’t just a playlist-and-press-play kind of night—this was a full-on interactive dance party experience.
We mixed in crowd favorites like the Cha Cha Slide, YMCA, and Macarena with newer hits and viral tracks like HOT TO GO!, Skibidi Toilet, and even a Bluey dance remix that had both kids and staff jumping in.
The real magic, though, came from the games and crowd interaction.
We ran:
Freeze Dance battles
Dance-off circles
Copycat dance challenges
A full gym-wide Dance Train (yes, with C’mon N’ Ride It)
Limbo that got lower and lower every round
DJ Says and Spotlight moments that gave kids their time to shine
At one point, the entire gym turned into a moving dance train wrapping around the floor—and honestly, that’s the kind of moment that makes these events so fun to be a part of.
The goal is always the same:
👉 Keep kids engaged
👉 Keep the energy high
👉 Make it something they’ll remember
And Fairview delivered on all of it.
