From the moment guests began arriving, the atmosphere was warm and joyful as friends and family gathered to witness the start of the couple’s new chapter together.

A Beautiful Ceremony

Guests began taking their seats while soft instrumental classics like “Canon in D,” “Clair de Lune,” and “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” played in the background, creating an elegant and peaceful atmosphere for the ceremony.

The wedding party entered to a beautiful instrumental version of “Perfect”, setting the tone for the emotional moments to come.

When it was time for Lynnette to make her entrance, the room filled with the timeless sound of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley, creating one of the most memorable moments of the ceremony.

Reception Celebration at Oak Grove Fieldhouse

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and conversation before the reception officially began.

Jeffrey and Lynnette made their grand entrance as newlyweds to “You Make My Dreams” by Hall & Oates, instantly bringing smiles and applause from their guests.

Dinner followed, giving everyone time to relax and enjoy heartfelt toasts from close friends and family.

First Dances and Special Moments

One of the most touching parts of the evening was the couple’s first dance to “When You Say Nothing at All” by Keith Whitley, a romantic classic that perfectly captured the emotion of the moment.

The celebration continued with two meaningful parent dances:

Father and daughter dance: “I Loved Her First” by Heartland

Mother and son dance: “A Song for Mama” by Boyz II Men

These moments gave everyone in the room a chance to pause and appreciate the importance of family and the journey that led to this day.

A Night Full of Music and Dancing

Once the dance floor opened, the energy in the room quickly picked up. Guests of all ages joined the party as classic sing-along hits and crowd favorites filled the room.

Songs like “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Dancing Queen,” and “Livin’ on a Prayer” had the dance floor packed with guests singing along and celebrating together.

Group dances like the Cupid Shuffle, Cha Cha Slide, and YMCA kept the momentum going and made sure everyone had a chance to join in the fun.

Wedding Traditions and Fun Moments

The evening included several classic wedding traditions that kept the celebration lively.

Jeffrey and Lynnette cut their cake while “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)” by James Taylor played, creating a sweet moment for photos and laughter.

Next came the bouquet toss with “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” by Cyndi Lauper, followed by the garter toss to “Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins, which brought plenty of cheers from the crowd.

One of the most meaningful traditions of the night was the Anniversary Dance, where married couples took the dance floor to celebrate lasting love. As couples gradually stepped away based on how long they had been married, the dance ended with the longest-married couple still on the floor, receiving a huge round of applause from everyone in attendance.
