When rain moved into the area just before the ceremony, everyone quickly adapted. The ceremony was moved indoors, creating an intimate setting where family and friends gathered to witness Andrea and Kole exchange vows. Thanks to thoughtful planning and a flexible venue, the transition was smooth and stress-free.
As the weather cleared later in the evening, the celebration moved back outside, giving guests the best of both worlds.
A One-of-a-Kind Sports-Themed Grand Entrance
One of the highlights of the evening was a completely custom sports-themed grand entrance.
Instead of a traditional wedding party introduction, Andrea and Kole wanted something that reflected Kole's passion for coaching football. We transformed the reception into a stadium experience complete with Chicago Bulls-inspired introductions, personalized player "stats," crowd interaction, and high-energy music.
Guests were on their feet cheering before dinner had even started, setting the tone for an unforgettable night.
A Packed Dance Floor
Once dinner and speeches wrapped up, it was time to celebrate.
The dance floor quickly filled with family and friends enjoying everything from 2000s throwbacks and party anthems to country favorites and line dances. The couple's playlist blended modern hits with millennial classics, creating a fun atmosphere that kept guests dancing well into the night.

Although the ceremony moved indoors because of the weather, guests were still able to enjoy the beautiful grounds at The Champagne Barn throughout the reception.
Outdoor conversations, lawn games, sunset photos, and dancing created a relaxed and joyful atmosphere that perfectly reflected Andrea and Kole's personalities.
