Use any of the options below to pay your booking fee or remaining balance.
How Payments Work
- Booking fee / deposit: The non-refundable amount listed in your quote or contract holds your date.
- Remaining balance: Unless we’ve agreed otherwise, the balance is typically due the week of your event.
- Amounts: Always pay the amount shown on your most recent invoice or contract.
- Memo line: Please include your name + event date in the memo or notes so I can match it to your event.
Pay by Venmo
Fast and easy, with no extra fee.

- Choose “Friends & Family” if prompted.
- Include your name + event date in the note.
- Double-check the total matches your invoice.
Pay by Card
If you’d like to pay by credit or debit card, I’ll send you a secure online invoice.
- Card payments include a 4% processing fee.
- Use the invoice link to pay with any major credit/debit card.

- Checks payable to: Josh Howard
- You can bring payment to the event or arrange to drop it off ahead of time.
- Please note your event date in the memo line.
After You Pay
- You’ll receive a confirmation from me once your payment has been applied to your event.
- If anything looks off on your invoice or you’re unsure about the amount, just reach out before sending payment.
